The tour starts at the meeting point. From there we will drive west, crossing the bridge that connects Tromsø to the island of Kvaløya.
During this trip we will cross 3 fjords. And we will drive across the valley of Kattdfjordeidet. There will be short stops to take photos and enjoy arctic nature. Sometimes we can see reindeers and other animals roaming free.
The destination is Sommarøy, “the Summer Island”. There we will enjoy a warm lunch inside the Sommarøy Arctic Hotel.
To return we will take the road on the south-east coast of Kvaløya. During this ride we can enjoy the views of the Sund and the mountains of Malangen.
The tour finishes at our original meeting point after approximately 5.5 hours.
